Meet me under the mistletoe

Little brown and grey mice under the mistletoe and one of them hoping for a kiss, will he succeed ?....

Brown and green go together very well so I took some green paper and stamped it with a little mistletoe stamp and made my own background paper. The brown/off white plaid paper is handstichted on brown cardstock.
The mistletoe die, the round die and the sentiment are from Marianne Design.
I coloured the stamp with Derwent coloursoft pencils and used Distress Ink on the round die.
Some sticky pearls and white rope as finishing touch.

De muisjes van House Mouse zijn zo schattig en helemaal als er een een kusje probeert te krijgen onder de mistletoe. De stempel is ingekleurd met Derwent coloursoft potloden  en de rand van de de ronde stans is bewerkt met Distress Ink.
Het groene achtergrond papier komt van het watercolour blok van Marianne Design. Het bovenste gedeelte heb ik bestempeld met een klein mistletoe stempeltje.
Het ruitjes papier is met de hand met groene  borduurzijde vastgezet. Mistletoe stansjes, plakparels en een stukje touw deden de rest.
